Adreas fought the cold downward current blowing in from the sea. She had to climb higher for her dive, picking up enough speed to complete a full skimming run of the ocean surface to then have a chance at catching her prey... it was a long night, cloudless, calm, almost peaceful, yet a tiring one as well, and though her fatigue was barely showing, it was there. Thanks to a quick thermal, she was lofted high over the sea, and her eyes met face to face with the starry shroud covering the night sky.
